I appreciated the updates via text messages.
When I went to pick up my car, it was pointed out to me that there was a small scratch on the bumper that they hadn't noticed immediately.
I was offered to take as is, or they would order a new bumper and install. Although it is a small scratch, my car is only 3 months old?I decided on a new bumper. I was not made to feel guilty about this decision?.
