I was completely satisfied with Kip and the work that was done on my vehicle. However, there was an older gentleman there who had a very condescending tone when I first arrived for the damage to be assessed. I am glad I did not have to have any other encounters with him. Like I said, though, Kip was great and very professional. The work is top quality and I will very likely recommend them and return if needed.
