Automated text notification is good idea but it should reflect the actual status in the shop. For instance on Fri 3/17 9am the message said "nearing completion...any delays, we'll call..." when in fact I had called on Thurs the day before and was told that they were still trying to get a door and would not be ready until early the next week.
