Everyone is so nice and friendly. Updates were weekly and any question(s) I had were answered immediately. The only thing I dislike was the weekly texts were not accurate.

My tail light was not replaced(supposed to be on order), there was dirt in my hatch/trunk, the shade for my hatch/trunk was out of its storage spot, my car smelled like cigarette smoke, my rear camera doesn’t seem to be level, I called and talked to someone about it and he was supposed to get back to me about it and never did, there was gray stuff on the cracks and crevices from being washed
