He did an absolutely wonderful job. I have had car repaired in the past but my satisfaction was not anywhere near this experience I am totally elated with car????????

Second time there for a repair. Each time I asked about a quote for a repair that was unrelated to the reason for my visit. In this case I asked about a rear fender. I asked the firat time I was there and the gentleman said remind us when you drop off the car. I did remind. I asked about it on pick up since I never received a quote. Should I have asked for a second appoint to drop off car? I never asked for anything free. just an evaluation and estimate. My request was ignored. When I picked up the car I was told dont worry about the issue its not hurting anything. I will visit another shop for this quote, I guess too small and cheap a job.
