Our vehicle looks great and the customer service was outstanding! The only issue we encountered was the time it took to be completed. Our insurance company would only pay for a rental car for 30 days and the repairs took a little longer than that. I think you could attract more customers if you offered a "We'll have your car repaired in less than 30 days or we'll pay your car rental fee" kind of guarantee. Other than that one issue, we are very happy with your services and would be happy to recommend you to friends in the future.
