Sergio knew that I was going to be out of country while your company were repairing my vehicle. He did not make contact with me after it was done which ended up costing me an extra $150 to rent a truck for 2 more days.
I had also instructed Sergio to replace the rear bumper because it had a dent in it. We had agreed on the estimated price but this was completely forgotten and not completed while you had the truck.
I use the truck every day for my work, so I do not know if and when I would be able to return to get this done!
Other than that, the body work looks great except for the slight difference in color of the new paint!
