Friendly staff. Good communication throughout the process - initial, when estimate was updated, when timing was adjusted, when car repair was complete. Working with a NJM recommended shop was also a plus.
So far I am very pleased with my vehicle - will be taking a long drive this weekend and will give it a full run-through!
