The work was excellent and done in a very timely manner. But they exceeded the estimate by about 60%, and didn't notify us of that fact until after the work was complete. Theoretically our insurance was paying for the repair, but aside from the fact that this work had to be paid for out of pocket with our deductible, I've simply never heard of repairs being done at additional cost without notifying the owner first, regardless of the payment source. That part is easily correctable though, the work itself was excellent. Thanks.
