They did a great job. And I thought the problem was more serious than it actually was. I am an older woman, and I appreciated that they were honest and didn’t take advantage of me.

When I went to pick up after 8 weeks they had told me they found an issue and took another 3 weeks despite me giving them 2 weeks while I was on vacation. I at least deserved an apology. I am very impressed with how I was treated by your team. They took care of my car , like it was their family’s car . Kept me informed about the progress of my vehicle. When my car was ready to be picked up , I returned the loaner they asked if I had gotten everything of mine out of the vehicle I thought I did . Upon arriving home that night I realized I had forgotten all about my garage door opener . I figured it was gone back to the rental place. I call first thing in the morning to Ervin’s to see if maybe it was turned in . They had checked the vehicle before it was sent back and saw my garage door opener and took it to the office .
