This may seem like a small thing but as soon as I left my car notified me that the tire worked on was low on pressure. I pulled over and it was off by about 8 PSI, so I aired it up to the recommended tire pressure.

The wonderful experience I received was exactly the same as when I brought my previous vehicle to get it fixed a few years ago which is why I came back to get the Saturn fixed. I do want to bring the Saturn to the shop to get an estimate to fix the rear in the future.

The staff is very polite. I just wish there was better communication during the process, I had to call several times to be kept informed and when I was told my car was ready for pick up, it wasn’t. Also, when I did take my car home I realized my car still wasn’t repaired: my steering alignment is very off, my gas tank has to pried open and that is mainly my frustration because that is the main part of my car that was hit, and my car is still showing an error for my tire traction. I’m not very familiar with cars and I noticed these errors immediately after driving my car which doesn’t leave me with any confidence for the care and repairs for my car.
