Mike is very concerned about our car problems and is very professional in getting the proper repairs accomplished. I appreciate that the management doesn't try to find "unnecessary" repairs to make.

As a widow of several years, I have been to numerous automotive businesses, from tow trucks to parts stored to garages. And been talked down too and even asked for a male friend or brother to speak too. That did not happen at Phillips Body Shop. My granddaughter was with me dropping the car off and picking it up. They were wonderful to us both. That being said, for my car, they did everything we had discussed, and the car looks great! There is more body work it needs, and I will be back for that.
