Car looks great! However, your text updates needs some work. I love that my car was completed ahead of schedule, but your updates were way off. Comes off unprofessional. And that's a shame considering the hard work that was put into my car.

Most aspects of the repair were quite well done; however the surface of the car is rough. It is mainly the surface that was not repainted. When we've had body work done before, the paint looked much better, both the repaired area and the rest of the car.

Everything was fine once someone showed up to open up the office 15 minutes after 7:00 which was supposed to be when the shop was to be open for business. When he came, he never apologized to have made me the customer wait, and started business as usual. I was not impressed by that.
