One of my tires was low when I got the vehicle back. It's, hopefully, a little thing, but you'd think it would be easy enough to notice and fix. Makes me nervous that I've got a slow leak or something now. Tire wasn't low when I brought it in. Not a biggie, and it won't prevent me from coming back in the future, but it is a service thing you could work on.

Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Lived the funny text updates. My only issue is that they are working so fast things aren't completed. My bumper was not replaced. And 2 other parts. I picked up my car and the bumper rubs my tire when I make a sharp turn, like pulling out of a parking place and my driver side window won't roll down. If they weren't required to move atsuch a pace, these silly incidents wouldn't happen and they would get 5 plus stars from me. But now, I have to take my car back and be inconvenienced again.

Organize parts a little better. I had to make two trips because the part brought out on the first trip was the wrong one. Then found out at next visit the right part was there all along. So second trip was unnecessary. The only reason that was an issue is that I had to leave work early twice.
