My vechicle was not repaired within the promised time frame. Chris was hard to get in contact with. When I finally reached him he promised 3 separate times that the car will be ready on a given date when it was not . Chris broke another promise when he apologized for taking too long and he agreed to fully detail my vehicle. When my wife went to pick up the car, Chis told her that it wasn’t detailed and it needed to remain in the garage. My wife desperately needed our vehicle for work and accepted the vehicle without the detail which was very disappointing. I understand that not everything will go accordingly but I don’t appreciate being lied too.

When I removed the bumper protector there were some marks on the bumper that were not visible when the bumper was on it.

Taillight broken and gas cap not put back on to secure it. Footprints all over my back seat . Was a bit disappointed because of the minor details that I picked out as soon as I glanced at the car. The taillight. Then when I got gas my cap wasn’t connected. And the dirty footprints minor yet annoying

The text updates I received about my car said it would be finished on Saturday or a phone call would be made if there were delays. I did not receive a phone call until Monday that my car wouldn’t be ready until Wednesday. The next phone call I received wasn’t until Thursday that it was ready. I had a flight that Thursday afternoon so I was pressed for time. It was -20 degrees when I picked up my car. The gas tank was on E (15 miles left) and the front passenger tire that was “fixed” had a psi of 20, so I had to rush to fix both of those things before leaving it outside in below freezing temps over the weekend.
