Process was easy, explained well, and they were very flexible. They worked with me to secure a time that fir my schedule. They even kept my car a couple of extra days because I was on vacation the week they fixed my car. In addition, when I received the car back it seemed to have been detailed. I could swear they waxed it but I am not sure if that is the case or not. Inside was spotless and the outside was shiny and most of all the dent in my bumper was gone. Finally, I have had no issues since picking my car up. Thanks MAB!
