The team at Crash champions went above and beyond! The front desk lady (Jenine?) and Stephanie were so accommodating and helpful!
I was so impressed by the communication texts sent out to inform me of the repair process, it was very helpful. The team also walked me through the processes, as I had never been through this before and they were patient in explaining to me.
In addition, my car was quarter to be in repair for a month but was finished within 2 weeks without any faults or needs for fixing after crash champions repaired it. I am truly grateful for the wonderful customer service I received. You all made the process so smooth for me and I am very grateful! Thank you again! And thank you to the repair men who worked on my car, it’s workin great and looks brand new! :)
