It was a great and easy experience from beginning to end. After I filed the claim, I was able to easily make a reservation and it was noted as a direct bill. When I got there on Monday, Janie was incredibly helpful. She assisted me with care, was very attentive to my questions, kept me informed of the process, and made the entire process very streamlined.
