After my back bumper got hit, I was already thinking how much of a headache that it was going to be to go through the process of insurance and finding a place to get my truck fixed. Surprisingly it was actually the opposite. It took two days for my claim to go through its process before getting in contact with a State Farm agent who directed me towards Crash Champions. From when I started talking to an agent to taking my truck to the shop, was only a time span of 6 hours. All of the employees were professional and communicated well. In total, it only took 2 days for this whole process of making it seem like my truck was never hit. Everything looks great and looks brand new. I appreciate everyone being professional and making this process easy. This part is probably not for any individual that I talked to face to face, but probably someone up the chain of command in Crash Champions OR State Farm. The only thing I do not appreciate is having a phone call from someone that claims to be working out of an attorneys office that I did not get the name of. They were calling to try and claim that I could get more compensation from whatever insurance company I went through. They claimed I could get more money if I was hurt, missed time from work, get compensation for having to take time to take my vehicle and not having a vehicle, etc. I was a little annoyed that I was having this conversation and a little confused on what this guy was trying to get at. Then pretty quickly it clicked, why is this guy even talking about compensation if I was hurt when I could have just said that in the State Farm claim that I already did? He asked if I could describe the incident and if I was hurt in any way. I was really subtle with my answer and told him no I was not hurt in any way. As I was trying to talk to him and ask what his attorney office is that he works at, he hung up before I could finish the sentence and get an answer. He didn't care to ask about any of the other things before hanging up. That being said with that long **** story, to me it sounds like a scam. Maybe I'm wrong though. Whether it is a scam or not, how did he know that I took my truck in the shop to get fixed in the first place? The only companies that would know that would be Crash Champions or State Farm. I'm sure State Farm will give me an opportunity to comment with them also and I will be telling them the same thing. I DO NOT appreciate Crash Champions or State Farm giving out my information (and/or selling) to other parties for them to get in contact with me like that.

The gentleman I spoke with provided top-notch service. I really appreciate getting my vehicle back in a timely manner, running and looking good.

All the work on my truck was done fast and brought it back to like new condition. The work was completed 2 days ahead of schedule. Before my truck was returned to me it was clean and look great. Very happy.
