The repair itself was fine.
My issues:
I picked up my car and the steering wheel had dirty black smears all over it. I have a seat cover on the driver’s side. It was also dirty. I had to remove it and launder it as soon as I got home. Why go through the process of cleaning a client’s vehicle and fail to ensure your workers cleaned up after themselves.
I also discovered that 2 covers were left off my vehicle. They are located in the back hatch and cover wiring of some sort. I had to put them back on.
Your business is to repair vehicles. That means following through on all processes.
