The repair on my car was absolutely amazing. It was perfect. The text and voicemail updates as the car was being repaired, were really appreciated. The staff was professional and yet caring. Gerber collision was outstanding. I rate them a five-star “plus”! The repair time was much faster than I had expected , which was a pleasant surprise. Gerber Collision and Glass provides excellent customer service and repairs. The moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile and told exactly what to expect as the repair process begins. Someone looks over the car and meets with you to explain in detail what will be done to repair your car. A gentleman from Enterprise was also there with our rental car, making the one stop transfer seamless. We received texts along with personal calls each Tuesday and Thursday with updates on the progress of our car. The car was completed prior to the estimated date. Upon picking up our car, Shaun thoroughly went over the work order indicating on our car the work that had been done. We were extremely pleased with the final results and have not seen such excellent bodywork. Any and all questions were satisfactorily answered. My husband commented that you are the “Chic Fil A” of collision repair companies. From start to finish Gerber Collision displays impeccable professionalism from all employees you interact with.
