No, I was not satisfied w/ my experience. Although communication was somewhat clear. I wasn’t pleased with the final product. There were small dents in the paint and the paint job looked to be half ****. I was told it was dirt but I have had paint corrections in the past and never had that problem before. As professionals in your field to me sounds like an excuse for a half **** job. A $3,100+ job didn’t show in the results. Just saying you guys will take the check but won’t do the job properly. I told Ryan you guys could keep it until it’s corrected. He told me it’s a buff job but it’s in the paint so we’ll see. My insurance is aware of this issue as well. So, hopefully you guys can get it right the second time around.
