If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid Caliber Collision in Harrison at all costs! They had my new Ford Ranger over a month and a half for simple bumper and minor rear panel body repair. Somehow they managed to damage my new truck even more on multiple occasions due to the techs being a bunch of hacks. My tailgate was scratched on two separate occasions due to the techs not installing the torsion bar correctly. With the torsion bar being installed incorrectly multiple times, it has caused irreversible damage to the metal under the truck bed as well. Pictures are added with the timestamps of the damage. They try to blame Ford for the problem until I showed that the clip for the torsion bar was modified by a tech. Lack of accountability and/or awareness at this body shop. They claim they will send out a gift card for all the troubles, time and gas wasted, and time I missed at work. That was 2 weeks ago. I’m not expecting anything nor would I expect much from them. Again, look at the pictures to see the truth about these guys. I’d be happy to share a more in depth story. Not sure how they are “Ford Certified” or what that even means if they can’t even correctly install something simple that took me 5 minutes to install. Avoid Calliber Collision!!!

Had some sticky stuff left in my Lexus between the driver & passenger

They messed up my ABS module by forgetting to disconnect the ground wire before welding, and still charged my insurance company. They messed up my backup camera by somehow pulling wores loose under the bed, and trying to blame it on me when it had to have been someone uo underneath it. They had my truck for nearly 2 weeks longer than promised. They are highly inexperienced, and I highly recommend ypi take ypir vehicle to a different location. I have lost faith in Caliber collision !
