Vehicle wasn’t ready on time. I was still looking over my car and the employees were locking up shop and leaving for the day. My hood ajar light is on now even with the hood closed. There is some type of overspray covering my windshield that I have to scrape with a razor blade just to see well enough to drive. I couldn’t find my front passenger floor mat at first. I eventually found it in the back driver side floorboard. It was dripping wet as if it had been left out in the rain. The actual repair work looks passable but absolutely no attention to detail. No care taken with regard to my property. True professionals wouldn’t do work this way. That’s what I get for using a shop “highly recommended” by an insurance company. I won’t use them again.
