Finely, I had to test the lifetime guarantee and it was handled with understanding and perfection.

First, this question is worded in a way that wouldn't truly get the feedback you need. Second, for me it was night & day when compared to my last experience with you. Repair looks fine, but several customer service issues you've lost a customer. I won't be back.
