I don't have any complaints so far about the vehicle repair or the service I received. But the text system isn't accurate at all - I don't know what triggers the texts but that should be adjusted to reflect actual information.

The service was the worst I've ever experienced, with zero regards for customers' concerns and questions, and needs to be kept informed. The claims adjuster/handler never responded to voice messages and emails and the internal communicatiions between the collision center and Porsche service center was misleading and inaccurate. I intend to write a complaint to top management at Porsche in the USA and Germany. I have a 911 and a Cayenne and it will be a cold day in hell before I buy a Porsche car again, or recommended to someone.
