Shane and his staff seemed knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate now Shane walked me through the process of the estimate through to completion of the bill which, surprisingly, and almost disappointingly, turned out to be less than the estimate by far.
At the end of their day they even hung in there with me to closing time and offered to wait for enterprise to come and pick up my rental car I appreciate all of your efforts.
