This company is PHENOMENAL. They assessed the damage that was done to my van, gave me an estimate, worked with my insurance company and made the repairs in a week! The initial estimated time of repair was a minimum of 14 days, so I was blown away that the van got fixed so soon. They provided updated text messages (was my preference to get contacted) as well. Staff are all polite, professional and always willing to a sweet questions. Also they cleaned the van in and out! I did not expect the exceptional service that was provided. Will definitely acquire their services in the future if needed. Thank you!

Missed affixing 3 nameplates onto the rear liftgate, which was replaced. Clearly stated they would be replaced on initial estimate (with pictures showing them, with circles around them) and on final bill/receipt and was discussed by estimator who I have audio recording saying they would order new ones.

They did miss a small area ( paint coverage ) on the edge of the gas cap door but was reassured it would be address next time I visit the shop. They did a great job from what I can see and am satisfied.
I did have difficulty getting someone to call me back when Id first began receiving the text updates. I’d called office to have some things better explained to me. Once I finally was able to speak with a knowledgeable individual ( three calls and 5 days later (Jeff) was able to better explain to me what was going on with vehicle and I got off the phone feeling that my questions had been answered.
