I am so glad that USAA has Palm Collision as part of their collision and repair team. Absolutely excellent. Everyone was kind and personable and helpful. They kept me updated on everything that they were doing and the car looks fantastic. I had a couple of requests that were taken care of. Palm Collision exceeded my expectations and I can be fussy at my age but I was so pleased with their kindness and patience and getting the job accomplished in the time that was promised. Kudos to Carol also! It should be noted that this is my third time in dealing with Palm over the last decade and they always do right by their customers .
