I think one of the best things for me was that the communication lines were kept open, so I would know what was happening along the way. Alsi, the car looks brand new!!!

The quality of your work is excellent and timely.
To say that my car was ready and Mike would bring it up was a bit unrealistic. I'm not sure where he had to go to get it. I was under the impression it would be a few minutes. It was closer to 30 minutes, which would have been fine.....if I had known or if your staff had made that clear. I stood there waiting and the office staff acted as though I was invisible. It isn't a big deal, but you get an A on everything except that and on that you get a C.

The car looks great not issues with the repair work. I did have one concern when I first got back in the car after picking it up the check engine light was on. Not entirely sure what was wrong as when I brought it back the error code was accidentally wiped. Hopefully nothing comes of the light and it was just a random error. I am happy with the work and will recommend this shop to others.
