Assembly line feel with no personal feedback given about my repair, and scratch on bumper not addressed, just some touchup paint left in cup holder, had to find it, since I wasn't told it was there, and this was done as the issues were discovered as I purchased the vehicle days ago...used yes, but with only 15, 545 on the odometer I expected a little more help and or work to make my buying experience better.

My front right bumper received pint damage from the repair person installing the headlight and no one repaired it. I will email the insurance company to see if they will pay for this additional repair.

Had to leave my car there to be redone a lot of what they fixed was in poor condition, my car has 2k miles on it, they scuffed new bumper, run in paint, clear coated dirt in my paint job, broke clips in new bumper, chipped new light, left dents in my hood when the hood was in my estimate, left clips off the light and had a dry spot on bumper/finder where there was no clear coat... just to name a few of the issues with my car. I'm very upset with this and if again not fixed the right way ill be contacting my attorney this is by far my worst experience yet!!
