The man who helped me at the desk who worked out the paperwork and took the estimate photos was as much as a help to me as he was last time I came to Lens. He was extremely accommodating, professional, knowledge and just a pleasure to talk to. One of the best business transactions I’ve had in a very long time. Len’s was so great. They got my truck done ahead of schedule. If they didn’t mention that my deductible can be waived with USAA since the accident wasn’t my fault, I wouldn’t have even known to ask my adjuster. Above and beyond good service.
