Very smooth and easy process. Dads handled everything with my insurance (GEICO, also awesome) updated me throughout the repairs and sent me pictures. Very professional and thorough.

There is no problems that I have encountered with my stay at Dad's. I recieved prompt communications from their office manager along with status on completion. Only **** hiccup when recieved but it was cleared right away when u returned. 10/10

This is not Dads FAULT. It is their supplier’s fault. Picked up my truck on 12/10/21. Till today 12/24/21, rear fender decal is missing. Dad’s told me Toyota still looking for decal. No updated status as to when decal arrive.

It was very professionally done by Dad’s crew and very thoughtful and care of the team. Thank you for keeping me informed on the progress being done., awesome. I totally trust the shop, and if I ever have to get any repairs done, you all are my number one choice. Hope you all enjoyed the pastries. I will always recommend your shop to others if needed, again thank you and everyone there on a superb job done.

My first experience with them went great. I was still anxious about my car crash that happened hours before going in & they made sure that my car was going to be in good hands. A little embarrassed by the crash, I still felt welcomed with open arms. They examined every detail of my car that was a part of the crash and what needed to be fixed. They even pointed out sections that I missed from the crash. Chauncie also texted me every update of what was happening to my car while it was at the shop and even when my car had to stay a little longer. It gave me a relief that I was able to be a part of the whole process. Getting my car back, it looked like my car was never in a car crash! It was brand new and they must’ve sprayed something nice in the car because it smelled really good. They even pushed in my door from when my boyfriend tried to open it after locking the keys inside (he made my door stick out a little after trying to unlock it to get the key.) Overall, if my car ever needed repairs again, I would love to bring it back to Dads Autobody and Paint Inc.! Thank you so much to the team that repaired my car and going the extra mile, even when you didn’t have to. With all the stresses that came about this car crash, especially around the holidays. You folks really took care!

Dad's worked exceptionally well with the Geico insurance that paid our claim. Repairs we're thoroughly assessed and completed. Even some minor things were taken care of that may have not been because of the original accident!

The customer service was fantastic! Repairs were done good but just had a minor issue with the fender to hood gap. The staff at Dads Auto Body were very helpful with fixing these issues addressed.
