I could’ve taken my car anywhere, but I chose your shop because of my conversation I had with Ron when I went to get my quote. Out of all my quotes that I received he took the time to explain the process from start to finish, and put me at ease that my car would be done to my satisfaction. Getting my car repaired could not have been easier. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. My phone calls were always answered. I was able to get and return the rental car at Luxury Auto Body. I was kept informed of the repair progress though e-mails. Questions we sent via e-mail were promptly answered. When my car was returned to me not only was the repair work beautifully done, but the car was washed inside and out. That was such a pleasant surprise!
