I was extremely pleased with my experience from the moment I walked through door until I picked up my vehicle. Very professional and prompt employees, kept me notified by phone and email on the progress of the repairs. My car looks great!! They even cleaned the inside!!

Repair is fine, parts were not put back together correctly. Outer panel is completely off the frame and the door isn't put back on correctly making it creak.

Thank you for fixing my family car. This is the second time in two years Key has repaired this minivan. Both times to our complete satisfaction. Well, perhaps there is one small thing. My wife and I noticed a bit of a burning smell when we got the car home last evening. Any chance that this might be some replacement wire or part just getting "adjusted" to being used extensively for the first time?
I would like to add my appreciation for Paula, Judy, and the technicians who worked on the car. Everyone we met was pleasant and committed to my satisfaction.
