We were without our car for quite a while, due to backorders, recalls, and product shortafe. Glenn helped us through this process, and provided outstanding customer service. He called with updates, and if there were no updates, he still called which was comforting to know that we weren't forgotten. We have used Superstar for years, and will continue to. I was told that they had to replace the hood. The hood was not replaced. I was disappointed. I asked for door dings to be touched up and they only did it on one side of the car.
