Traci Bushnell at your Poulsbo branch did something well over and above what was expected: she had the shop clean up the glass inside one of the headlight units, so that it matched the other, newer unit. This saved me having to replace the old unit to match the new unit. My only suggestion for improvement is making the invoice more understandable for customers: the lines in the "Description" do not appear to align with the lines in the other columns; this makes it hard to see what the descriptions refer to.
