My truck looks as good as it did the day I picked it up at the dealership. It was nearly new when I was rear-ended while stopped at traffic light. My insurance company has a working relationship with ABRA and I am very glad they did. I wish to thank Dean Glendenning in particular. He assured me my truck would look as good a new when repairs were done, facilitated the repairs, and kept me informed regarding progress. He made me feel like I was his most important customer. The information on the progress was constant. The only thing that happened that I was not aware of was that the fender that came in for my car was damaged. It was repaired and put on. I was was not informed of this or given any options. I only found this out when I picked up my Edge. I was still satisfied with the repairs.

The staff at Abra was completely professional in having everything arranged for the repair of my vehicle. Every everyday I was provided an update of the repairs and although there was more damage that could initially be found. They to care of it with great expedience.
