This was a job that Morris was to contact us when they had the mud flap. Plus it had to be 30 days after the car was painted before they could apply protective Mylar that was previously on it. Finally we contacted them and an appointment was made. The receptionist there is the best employee and always so friendly and very professional. She has been extremely helpful. I believe her name is Myra. New manager Dean was very professional and really took care of our car. Everything is done and we are appreciative. Thank you for good employees at this Kennewick location.

I was happy with the quality of work that was done to the car. What I am upset about is the fact that they didn't bother to clean the inside of my car at all. When I got in, the dash, seats, all season floor mats, and stereo were all covered in body shop dust. I brought the car in clean. It should have been clean when I picked it up. Sonshine previously did all my bodywork through my insurance. Whenever I had work done, the car was always picked up cleaner than when I left it.
