3 problems and I am not a very picky person. Scratches on front hood, big gap on rear bumper where black insert meets up with painted bumper - one side and the front end still pushed in about ****/4”. Doesn’t even appear that was worked on at all. I will need to bring the car back which is painfully inconvenient. Sorry to deliver this feedback.

Both Glen and Amanda did a great job tolerating my less than stellar attitude on the morning I dropped my car off to begin repair. They were incredibly professional while I worked out that the difficulties we were experiencing was not at all the fault of Abra, but in fact a few missed steps by my insurance company.
After that rocky start, Glen made sure to keep me updated as to the status of my car. The work was done quickly, and the repair is as new.
While I hope I never need more work on my vehicle, I would not hesitate to go back to this Abra location.
