Paid to have the hood of my vehicle repainted and there is a section of the hood that looks to be over buffed to the point that the paint came off, this needs to be fixed. The 3M coating on both front headlights were damaged at your shop and needs to be addressed and fixed too. The inside and outside of my car is completely covered in dust from your facility to a gross degree and needs to be addressed too (note: any car that I've ever had body work done on has always come back to me detailed or at least cleaned). Worst experience EVER! My car was not even fixed! Multiple scratches, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Report says a part was fixed/replaced that obviously wasn't! I seriously hope the entire staff catches a horrific flesh eating bacteria!

The text alerts are mostly useless at best, and down right annoying most I'd the time. Would better if either less often, or if determined to have messages that are basically no news at this time, then say that without be cutesy. Same goes for the daily calls that were mostly I can't tell you anything, but....
On the plus side all this over the top CS shows you're trying and that is appreciated.
