Not once did Loid's ever call me, even when they indicated the car would be done in 5 days and I waited 12 days to hear from them. Not once. I had to call them four different times to find out what was going on. I have a full time job, too. It appears that no one there is in charge. The quality of the work was good but their Customer Service is non-existent. I did get this and one other follow up text, though. It really showed a personal touch.
