I asked your shop to do one thing. On the way to drop off the Mazda we noticed there was a nail in the tire. I asked if you could fix it and plug it or if you could not tell me so I could take the tire while you had it in the shop and I could have it fixed. Your rep said he thought you guys could fix it. I even offered to pay for it. But then when we picked up the car sure enough halfway to work that morning my wife had a flat tire because not only did you not fix it you didn’t bother to inform us you were not going to fix it. I will never use you again.
