The communication was great. We always knew exactly what was going on and they only had to extend the finish time because more damage was found once they got the damaged parts off. When I picked up my car they had washed and cleaned it inside and out. That was a nice surprise. We would definitely use them again. Hoping not to have to but they would be our first choice.
