Backed into a barrier and bent the bumper on my Chevy pickup. Got an estimate but decided to stick with just the bumper. Called on 6/27 and talked to Brian and he agreed to order it and let me know when it arrived. On 7/12 I called back after not hearing anything. He said he had to look into it and would call back. By day's end he never did. Called back the morning of 7/13 and was told he was away. Left my name/number and was told someone would call in 30 min. After 90 min no call back. I called again and got Brian; he said the bumper had been ordered but they couldn't find it. He said he would see if he could order another one and that he would call me back. Called me back in 10 min and said they found the bumper. I agreed to drop the truck off that afternoon so they could get started first thing in the AM. He said it would take 4 hours. On 7/14 I waited until 2pm and never got a call. I called and they said it had been done for a while but they forgot to call me.
I sincerely think the place is so disorganized that they do not have any systems set up to keep track of inventory, orders, etc. I would not go back.
