I received an email with an estimate of three days, and then the work stalled. Upon picking up the vehicle fully fixed, the vehicle was covered with over spray colors ( white spots and some yellow spots). However, the owner promised to compound the entire vehicle free of charge and I will hopefully pick it up tomorrow April 19 mid day. I dropped the vehicle on Monday April 10th. Again, if it were not for the over spray I would be COMPLETELY BEYOND SATISFIED.

I feel the seems of the bumper are not smooth with the quarter panels. The car was clean and fixed, but I feel like the upper bumper is sticking out and the lower bumper with reflectors is not smooth with the upper bumper ... I also called and left a message about my EZ pass being left and hoped someone would call me in the morning no one did. When I called I explained I left a message and the lady said yes it's here ... like whatever ... finally, your text messaging system told me my car wouldn't be ready and phone calls said is was ready as a result I had to make accommodations for my children in order to get my car when I had made them for the following day.

Was able to fixed my car in just one day!!! Did not expect to get it soon since they told me the estimated repair would take 5 business days. It just happened that I called to get my E-Z pass on the car and found out that I could picked up also my car. So happy and my car looked brand new now. The only drawback was it's closed on weekend and returned my rental car the following day (Saturday) in Enterprise office which was just few minutes from the shop. Thanks for a job well done????
