The repairs were fine. My estimator mr. Ed Pawlik was horrible. He was the rudest man I have ever had the misfortune to have to do business with. I was rear ended so I was upset any way. When he came out to look at the damage he accused me of lying about the damage to my truck. I did nothing wrong and I did not deserve to be treated that way if I had not had to take my truck to your business I would have left. I had to deal with this man three times and that was three times to many. Every time I was forced to deal with him he was rude to me each and every time. This man has no people skills. I work in a customer service field and I am sure you know that when a client has a good experience they tell one person but when they have a bad experience they tell three people. I have told more than that in one day. This was the WORST experience I have ever had. Dodie M
