Drop off. When I'd spoken to Subaru, they'd indicated I was to bring the car in for an "estimate," but the gentleman took my car immediately. It was a huge inconvenience to cart 2 kids in 2 car seats from there (Irving + 90/94) to Western/ Montrose via Uber, then transfer them again to my home. I would have appreciated more communication about what to expect, so I didn't bring my children with me. I cannot overstate how much of a pain it is to put car seats in and take them out. I was very unhappy.
