Overall it was fine. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
My only complaint is that Ashley had assured me that she would have the rental stuff all taken care of, and Enterprise didn't have any of my information the day I dropped off my car to Combs. Maybe what happened was Enterprise's error, and not Combs at all. However, I ended up getting to work that day after 9:15 because Enterprise had to call Nationwide and Combs to verify that I was to actually get a rental at all.

The estimate went smoothly and before I left I was given an appt for the following week for the repair. However, the reservation for rental car wasn't made as promised. his oversight created an unexpected delay in my arrival to work. Luckily the enterprise rep was there to pick up another customer who didn't show up. He drove me to their office to establish a reservation and it was downhill from there, from the car to the notice I rec'd about picking up my car. I'm happy to speak with someone other than Ashley or the appraiser about my experience.
