I was called several times by the call center to schedule my car repair appointment even after I told them I couldn’t schedule it until later in the month and to stop calling me. My first name, Liu, was written down incorrectly for my profile. I called and corrected the spelling of my name by spelling it with the phonetic alphabet. My name was not corrected after that call and when I went to drop off my car at the appointed time, they could not find my profile because it was still written down incorrectly. I also called and changed my appointment time to the day before and this was not changed either and created confusion when I showed up unexpected by the admin assistant. I don’t know if this was the call center or Abra office’s fault, but the admin work was terrible and just created more hardships than being helpful.
